Received his B.A. Degree from University of Southern California in 1981 and his J.D. Degree from Loyola University of Los Angeles in 1984.
Admitted to California State Bar in 1986.

Serves as an arbitrator and mediator for the Los Angeles County Superior and Municipal Courts; Judge Pro-Tem for the Los Angeles Municipal Court; Chairman, Social Services Commission, City of Whittier.
